A seemingly insurmountable goal.

There are many people who make a decision to change, and find an inner strength to go it alone and reach their goal. I am NOT one of those people.

My journey has taken over two years, with many ups and downs.

And as the going got tougher I came to realise that for ME to succeed, I needed to create a support network. People to train with, people who had similar goals to share encouragement with, and people to vent to when things seemed to be going backwards.

However, one of the pivotal moments was when I signed Brad up as my Personal Trainer. I knew, by doing this, I was committing myself to hard work, and being held accountable to following through on his plans. I will admit to being both scared and daunted by what might follow . . . .

But, it was the best decision I have made in my journey so far. Brad has kept me focused on my goals, and taught me a lot about nutrition and exercise I wish I had known 20 years ago when my battle with weight was just beginning.

I still have a little way to go to achieve what I set out to achieve. But I have no doubt now that I can do it. I have even become inspired enough to study Personal Training myself. There is no longer anything holding me back!!
