I just genuinely want to spread the word about how epic Brad’s meal plan has been to me. Ive been doing it for about 2 months now. I still go out and get really drunk etc. on the weekends and end up eating the odd takeaways, chocolate cake and pies. I’ve been doing about the same amount of gym work (4-5 times a week) and only taking Protein powder as I always have been. I have to say I’ve seen more improvement in the last two months than I had seen in the last year of working out! Big ups to Brad for opening my eyes to the power of nutrition!!
