Low energy, out of shape and unfit after 4 years of student life.

Main goals to get fit, back in shape and fit enough to race BMX again.

Basically had enough of not being able to run and race as well as I had done before moving to Hamilton for study. Firstly I started running 3 times a week before I approached Brad to help me out with a training program and meal plan. BEST MOVE I EVER DID. I stuck to the plan as best as I could and within the first month I had already dropped 4 kgs (mainly just from eating better) and started to notice I had more energy from this and it even helped with my sleeping patterns. Within 10 months I dropped 12KGs!

Over the 10 months I competed at the UCI BMX world Championships at Vector arena, Auckland Quarter marathon and the round the bridges run in Hamilton.

Still keeping up with my training and plans but are now altered to my weekly work/ training patterns.
